Challange: 

Vakko, one of the industry leaders whose name we hear frequently in the fashion industry, wanted to meet the current Fashion Designer and Buyer need of Vakko and this need met with people who graduated from the most successful schools in the world.

SOLUTION:

With the recruitment program we designed, we brought together fashion designers graduated from the best design schools in the world and the most qualified buyers.

Mavi 

Challange:

Mavi, which has made a name for itself in the global, wanted to reach young people who have studied abroad for its offices in Germany, Russia and Turkey and wanted to benefit from their competencies in their offices abroad.

SOLUTION:

Mavi, whichcommunicates its employer brand communication to our members firsthand with 'Savan Tüysüz', obtained human resources for Germany, Canada, Russia and TR offices thanks to the talent program we created.

Global Internship Program Design and Announcement

Sabancı 

Challange:

 Sabancı Group, which has fields of work in various parts of the world, wanted to reach young talents with global education competence who are studying at the most successful universities in the world.

SOLUTION:

  • 6 GreaTR members started long-term internships.
  • 4 GreaTR members became the ambassadors of Sabancı Holding on global campuses.

 

Danone

Challange:

With the XP Internship program, Danone wanted the participation of qualified Turkish youth studying abroad in this program, in which the company brought in new generation working methods and wanted to reach that audience.

SOLUTION:

22 ülke 104 şehir 220 üniversiteden GreaTR üyelerine Danone’nin yaz staj programının tanıtımını yaptık.

Garanti

Challange:

Garanti BBVA Technology, a technology company, wanted to provide qualified human resources and reach successful software developers for the summer internship program.

SOLUTION: 

The employer brand communicated with our members firsthand with 'Fatih Bektaşoğlu' through our Great Talks event. Then, we introduced the summer internship program to GreaTR members from 22 countries, 104 cities, 220 universities.

E-Bebek

Challange:

Having achieved great success in retail and merchandising in a very short time, the e-bebek company wanted young talents abroad to learn about its vision and company culture.

SOLUTION:

With the Great Talks event we organized, e-bebek founder and General Manager Halil Erdoğmuş came together with the members of GreaTR.

GreaTR Reverse Brain Drain Summit

We held Turkey's First Reverse Brain Drain Summit on June 29, 2022. We talked about how we can reverse the Brain Drain with the participation of the human resources teams of Turkey's largest companies. Among the speaker companies, companies such as nasıl tersine çevirebileceğimiz üzerine konuştuk. Konuşmacı şirketler arasında Koç Holding, Arçelik and Microsoft took their places.

Anadolu Grubu

Challange:

Anadolu Group, one of Turkey's most successful global companies,

wanted to include successful young talents from 22 countries in the Chief Young Officer Program and to work with them for a long time.

SOLUTION:

The program, which has a limited number of quotas, received applications from various countries to work physically. Anadolu Group had the chance to include one person who had received global training in their program.

Loreal Great Mock

Challange:

Loreal, which is shown as the world leader in terms of the sector, wanted to introduce and convey the employer brand communication specifically to Turkish students studying abroad.

SOLUTION:

We brought L'Oreal together with 70 PEOPLE at our Great Mock (Interview Simulation) event.

İSTANBUL PLANLAMA AJANSI

Challange:

İIstanbul Planning Agency wanted Turkish students abroad to transfer their global experiences to Istanbul within a "common sense" mechanism that brings together stakeholders who want to rethink and produce about Istanbul, and wanted a summer internship program to be created.
SOLUTION:

Thanks to the internship program we created, we enabled a total of 6 GreaTR members to physically train in İstanbul at the Vision 2050, Public Design, Statistics, and Social Policies offices of the Istanbul Planning Agency.

İŞ BANKASI WORKUP

Challange:

İş Bankası Entrepreneurship Acceleration program was in search of Marketing and Business Interns in order to provide global connections to the startups within the Workup program.
SOLUTION:

We listed the outstanding members of GreaTR for 6-month long-term intern needs of İş Bankası Workup, and brought the suitable ones together with İş Bankası Workup teams, and our members came to İstanbul to do their internships.
