What do we do?
We bring global young Turkish talents together with Turkey's leading companies. While creating career opportunities for Turkish students studying abroad, we support reverse brain drain by establishing our service for the employee portfolio of companies in Turkey specifically for global young Turkish talents.
In the İstanbul office, we have a team of 12 people working in different departments. Globally, we carry out our field operations with our coordinators and representatives in 8 countries.
What Did We Do?
With the Sabancı Group, we introduced the Sabancı SEED Young Talent MT Program to our global members and created an appropriate opportunity for them to benefit from this program and develop themselves.
We conducted an interview simulation with the L'Oreal Turkey team within our Great Mock event, and with this cooperation, we offered our members a very productive interview experience.
We provided internship opportunities to our members in particular for İşbank Workup and İstanbul Planning Agency, enabling our members to do their summer internships in Turkey.
Within the scope of our Great Talks Events, GreaTR hosted names such as İstabul President Ekrem İmamoğlu, ebebek founder Halil Erdoğmuş, Taylan Yıldız, Savan Tüysüz, Nevzat Aydın, enabling our members to establish a network with leading names in the sector.
We physically organized Turkey's first Reverse Brain Drain Summit. More than 80 HR professionals from various companies attended our event.
We held Meet & GreaTR meetings in 21 cities abroad and our members met with GreaTR members in their city. span>
